  1. Being in a chair all day the worst thing I found was my back was dangerously stiff to the point it started twinging to bend over. Last thing you want is to be slipping a disk in your 30s bending over for a sock.

  2. Sometimes it helps to have someone to get you to do things you don't want to do. Sleeping on a bed is infinitely better for your health and comfort over the long term. But assembling and maintaining the bed is the hurdle to do it.

  3. Assembling flat pack furniture is a nightmare for everybody and nobody can tell me otherwise.
