  1. To be fair, the bases around the world isn’t about regime change. We mainly do that with South America and the Middle East. The bases are for securing trade routes and most countries want that. Nobody really wants the covert regime changes. We are not an empire. We are a nation full of sovereign individuals who want liberty and freedom.
