The reverse is also true, “your all right for a white guy”

@rocketgeek96 Exactly. I guess racism only goes one way. I guess no ones done the math to realize whites are a minority in the world. Identity politics is toxic and a truly sad way to view the world

@ashy Every time I point this out I get this response from people like you. That’s the point, dumbass. Human beings can be a ruthless species. Trying to manufacture fake oppression isn’t helpful, especially when REAL issues actually exist. We’ve dealt with equality in laws and it’s over. It’s a never ending loop because there is money/power in division. We should be focusing on the actual issues to our species

This thread is a perfect representation of the show. There is so much misinformation out there that we don’t know what is actually true
8
@MiketheNerdRanger Because most of the time it’s not racism. The point of my original post is to point that out. It’s what groups do when they are not familiar with other groups. It’s not racism it’s just ignorance. But it seems that you and the younger gens want to make everything racist.
7
@reptilesceptile1035 It happens in certain places. Check out South Africa. But the main point is that it’s not happening currently in the US. In fact, if it actually happened (other than white exclusion) most everyone would fight against it. That’s the difference. Now also check out what’s happening in some universities where they are not allowing whites to participate in certain things, classes, events. You don’t fight historical racism by being racist. It’s idiotic

@p.a.5254 I’d like to see the sources on this. From what I can tell these white supremacy groups number at about 5,000 members total. That’s from the FBI stats. Places like southern poverty law center takes a very liberal definition of hate groups and often bolsters actual numbers
5
@cbv2673 And what “people” would that be? Jesus Christ, I get so tired of you folks trying stir up racism by pointing out stupid things. That’s the point of my comment. Human beings are the same despite the different levels of melanin in their skin.
4
@FILTAIRN No. We are not groups. We are individuals. If you really think we are “groups” then go up to the richest person in your group and ask them to share the wealth with you since you are the same. That’s the point. You have been taught a dangerous lie. And Asians do not have it bad in the US. Neither do blacks. No “group” has it bad in the US. Individuals have it bad and life is just generally tough and unfair. Now stop listening to your neo modernist professors and get out and experience reality.

@AdumbDriver Wow. I would believe this if it wasn’t for all the documentation and victim testimony. But nice try. That’s like saying, American here and everything they say about BLM is just made up nonsense to incite white Americans. We can see both sides of the argument. The difference is in the evidence. And TRUTH is what matters, not skin color or political affiliation.

There were plans for a shared universe or a justice movie but it just never got off the ground. I think it was around the late 90’s there were talks about it but Batman and Robin derailed it just enough. I think there were plans to continue the Batman story into a shared universe or a justice league movie. Instead they decided to reboot Batman. But the animated universe is awesome and much better than the live action movies.

@AdumbDriver The Washington post (sept 17, 2021) disagrees with you. But, since I’m not South African, it’s not my business. And I’ll stay out of it.

@alexanderscott2456 And telling someone they are articulate isn’t even a bad thing. It’s actually a positive.
2
@0mg1tsbatman87 Which one is an insult? There was a lot going on in this thread? The articulate one? That could also be that one person’s own perception being wiped out by the individual they are commenting to. We are individuals. Each person is vastly different than the next. Tribalism is an outdated mode but still ingrained in our DNA. For one person to say “you are articulate (or any other positive attribute) to another outside of their group (class also is included here not just race) it often comes down to the individuals own perceptions of another group. In the grand scheme of things, it’s actually a net positive. If the person receiving the comment understands perspective and stays humble about it. Then real change can occur within that person’s own group. We would be much better off remembering we are individuals and the only group we belong to is “Americans.” We may possibly end the current racist trends we are seeing today.
2
@0mg1tsbatman87 You missed the whole point. Be angry and see where your hatred gets you. I don’t care. I also understand why those people may have said that hard R. We’ve only allowed empathy to run one way. We’ve had serial killers in America too but that doesn’t ruin patriotism for anyone else. Why would you let a small handful of idiots ruin it for you? If you hate the country go find one that suits you better. You won’t because it is the greatest place on earth. The only place where you get to decide where you go and how far you can make it. All based on your own hard work. There will always be racists but the American spirit is that of hard work and liberty. That’s where the patriotism goes to. Our values of all being created equal, each person is an individual and are judged on their own personal choices is why patriotism isn’t a four letter word in America.

@anoisemouse It’s been shown by many studies that people stick together based on their own race/ethnicity, etc. the biggest issue here is that the green people are being told they are despised nothing they do will help their situation. That’s leads to the green peoples own harm. The green people need to be told that the past is behind them.
1
@anoisemouse I understand the hypothetical and I applied it to reality.
1
@anoisemouse It has nothing to do with a “gotcha” moment. I have done plenty of research on this subject. The last two paragraphs are literal garbage.
1
@cum_chef This may be the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. Way to distort your own thinking so you don’t have to confront the actual issue. White is a race. It WAS Caucasian but it changed with modern times. You can believe what you want but you’d still be wrong.
1
@tracykore There was a much longer chain of replies to this but I see it’s been deleted over time. We seem to think that racism has and can only go one way. Whites are a minority in this world but they are treated as a super majority and a world oppressor. They are even losing all of their own countries but no one cares. A white genocide is happening in current time but no one cares. They demand less whites and more browns. It’s completely hypocritical

I get the sense that a few folks in the comments don’t really understand the libertarian movement

The prophecy that Anakin would bring balance to the force was never fulfilled. They almost had it with bringing a balance of light and dark but they retconned him into whatever he was. It’s a shame too. Because there was a great story waiting to be told. Having Finn taking more of a central role. Such a let down and a waste of Adam Driver. I thought his scene with Harrison Ford was really good
1
I can’t believe I read through these arguments. How pathetic is your life that you celebrate someone’s (a real life person) failure. MCU had a formula that’s been successful for the casual fan. Iron Man is popular because Robert Downey and Superman is so iconic there was always going to be fallout from the fan base no matter what. The MCU wouldn’t be possible without Batman 89. Just enjoy the fact that we have comic book heroes on the big screen. Jesus, what a bunch of cunts
