At least you can see this is self defense. The assumption Kyle went there looking for trouble is not provable. Look at what he did. His friend stayed up on the roof to protect the property while Kyle went out and tried to render first aid. He also said that that was part of his motive to go that night. What you are basically saying is that the government should be the only ones protecting us. Not only is this impossible, it’s extremely dangerous. And Kyle may in fact may not be holding an illegal firearm. That is part of the defenses arguments on that particular WI statute. Your progressive ideology has been bared in this video.
