It’s only a crime when people are emotionally invested. As seen above by listing victims names thinking that is all that matters in a debate…

@goblin6587 He didn’t “defame” them, though. An event transpired and he had an opinion on that event. The news showed people and he talked about what he saw in the news. That’s not defamation. He’s allowed to be wrong. Imagine if we could never hold an opinion about anyone ever because they may feel that opinion makes them feel bad.?? That’s not how defamation works. And the court case was a joke. You did notice how the defense wasn’t allowed to put on an actual defense, right?

Not even when they are caught and sued for millions. Except Fox. I’ve only seen them actually apologize for things. Weird how that works

Or how about how our media has ruined lives for what they’ve done. Look at Chauvin. He did nothing wrong yet he’s sitting in prison getting stabbed by actual criminals. Rittenhouse is another casualty but luckily that didn’t end how they spun it. Jake Gardner, the barkeep who ended his life because the media went after the DA to prosecute on an obvious self defense. I could go on and on.. And this from “The Nation” after Neely attacked people on a train and a marine stepped in to help: The victim was Black; the assailant was white. The victim pretty much had to be Black to support the callous disregard for his life, and the assailant had to be white to secure the disregard of law enforcement. This is a story that could only happen in America, where white supremacy and anti-Blackness combine to make the violent murder of a human being on public transportation into the kind of thing white people can do and then go home” -The Nation

@goblin6587 He actually didnt. I’d challenge you to go back and listen to the words actually used. If this is honestly your standards then MSNBC should be dismantled and every person arrested and then fined a billion. They have ruined more lives than AJ but because you are biased it only matters when it emotionally stimulates you. That’s not how freedoms work. He gave his opinion and was very clear that it was his opinion and why it was his opinion. The subject matter is what people have a hard time with. And I think some people had to believe it because it was too awful for them to see the truth.
