@isabella6075 I don’t get you? How does their sex, race or even age make a difference? Being male isn’t the main reason for this. There are billions of men who DON’T do this. So we need to “call out” the actual problem.

Maybe we need to stop putting guns on the pedestal of power and prestige. When guns were still part of general culture this never happened. (It did but on such a small scale that it was unheard of). We help these mentally ill folks worship this inanimate object like it is an extension of their maleness. It becomes a tool to stroke their fractured egos. Or we can keep trying to threaten to take guns away from law abiding citizens and continue the mystique of firearms…
