  2. Why would she argue being an expert witness? Expert witnesses are not necessarily bad things but it killed her credibility. Edit: so she made a conclusion that Amber was abused and then looked for anything that would collaborate that. This lady is truth’s nightmare

  3. It’s not frustration, it’s defensiveness. The first witness is for Amber and it shows while being questioned by her side and the difference in Johnny’s side. Same with the second. Very distant, unemotional and the next day with Amber’s lawyers, she is emotional, more engaged and open.

  12.  @harrison5535  Not really. Humans usually have similar patterns of behavior. I’d recommend listening to the recordings. If you listen to those you can hear how Amber constantly shut JD down, spoke over him and was the aggressor. We rarely have such recordings in a relationship. Those who have been victims of DV can immediately pick up on her behavior. Depp’s psychologist expert was pretty accurate in her assessments.

  20. The monster, that no other romantic partner of JD has ever heard of or seen, is suddenly a real thing invented by JD after abusing Amber at the beginning of the relationship?? Edit: JD being upset and slamming doors is not abuse. That would mean no one could ever show any type of emotion without it being considered abuse. The abuse happens when the aggression/anger is directed at the other person as a way to intimidate or threaten. These people are the worst kind of lawyers. Scum
