  2. Did you folks just forget about Roe V Wade? The Supreme Court has been able to legislate from the bench for a long time. They simply created law out of “the shadows” of the constitution. That is a lot of power.

  3.  @heleneallen9607  It is up to the states not congress. Each state can have their own abortion laws. And we want there to be log jams in congress. It’s supposed to work that way so they don’t pass a ton of laws on us
