The police did their job with the information they had at the time. Even if they somehow magically new the future it would not necessarily stopped it from happening later on.

@catfish9873 I take back what I said. I just reviewed the police report and have a different perspective now. I think the bald cop came at this with his own personal bias and projected on Brian and Gabby. They missed signs of DV and then wrote their report to justify what this cop thought in the first place. They supposedly interviewed those witnesses but did not document it in the report clearly. It’s not their fault that she is dead but they could have done better.
