  1.  @RICHARDHENNESSY  Are you defining WS as a system based on qualifications and competency? Then yes, that’s slipping away. We should be focused on allowing people to choose what they want to become and not forced into it based on quotas and appearances. Not everything will be 100% representative of the population. There shouldn’t be barriers in place for opportunities but forcing outcomes leads us down a path history has shown to be bad for EVERYONE
