@JustCHICHI This little clip was actually a pretty big story. I, for one, followed it because it had a lot to do with the gun world and stand your ground laws. They were yelling at each other and the shooting victim pushed the shooter. At that point, he is the primary aggressor even if he or his wife were disabled. Words are not a reason for violence. It’s a god damned shame he was killed but his actions lead to the shooting. It’s called a “but for” in legal jargon

The female detective was the key. A few times I was yelling out loud for the male to just shut up and let her roll.

@MrsMuffin11 I “can’t even” sometimes with these people. For some of these commenters it doesn’t matter wasn’t happened because a gun was involved therefore the shooter is guilty and 100% at fault. We are in big trouble because I see a lot of younger folks thinking this way. Like the idiot that wrote guns are not used for defensive purposes. No one ever looks at the CDC study showing that hundreds of thousands of lives are saved each year because of firearms. We barely have a 2nd amendment anymore. It’s amazing because it’s the only amendment that has the phrase ‘shall not infringe’ but it is the most infringed upon amendment there is. “Common sense” gun laws are unconstitutional

This is such a heart breaking story. Poor little Caylee. The DA made the mistake of going for the death penalty instead of second degree. Although the mom absolutely deserved to be buried under the jail but they should have hedged their bets and put her away for life

Let’s pretend for just a second those kids actually threatened this guy. Still not justified and there is zero reason for him to flee the scene except for the only reason that he murdered that kid and tried to murder those others. And only cops are allowed to kill people if they think they have a weapon
