  1. Person to person doesn’t require it. That’s the “loophole” the left talks about when a private citizen sells to another private citizen. Some states require those two people to go to an FFL to transfer the ownership but other states don’t. My home state of Utah doesn’t require private citizens to go through that and you can sell to anyone with a state ID within the state lines.

  3.  @justdone1068  I’m not sure what Germany’s hun registration has to do with my comment. There is a debate on whether that is true or not. It’s partially true. The Nazis made sure that all the “lesser” people had their firearms restricted and confiscated. Those of the nazi party had fewer restrictions.
