They misrepresented the facts (lied) when they filed their relationship started on a certain date and then she lied on the stand when questioned about it. Not difficult. When you file responses as the state you are basically swearing what you have put in your documentation is true and correct. Then when you sit on the stand and lie about ANYTHING it is perjury. She lied about the starting dates of her relationship which matters because that was the issue at hand. Hate Trump all you want but do not let these scum bags taint our justice system with their political persecution
