Most of the time (high 99%) the justice system works. People are tried on the facts of the case and sentenced accordingly. The problem is when we hype the other less than 1% of cases. Social justice is a poison and the best example is OJ Simpson. Social justice isn’t justice it’s revenge. Stop trying to define everyone just by their race. If you are thinking it’s a good idea then apply it to whites and see how it fits.

@LuciferArc1 Money buys a better defense team but the process SHOULD be the same. But the numbers are skewed because crime rates are higher in poorer communities. Some people will take those stats and say rates are higher because those areas are targeted by the police. Confirming their bias. But if you are aware or familiar with CJ then you’d understand why that is.

@LuciferArc1 Are you saying that our criminal justice system was set up with fines/penalties/retribution in mind ONLY to punish the poor? I’d suggest researching the root causes and justifications of these rules and policies instead of assuming what they mean based on your understanding of oppressed vs oppressor.

@LuciferArc1 You mean the two tiered justice system? Elite and rich are very different. Do you remember the Mckluskeys? They were a rich couple in MO who tried to defend their property from the BLM rioters. The DA said she was going to try everything she could to prosecute them because of historic racism. This is not how our justice system is set up or how it should work. Same with Rittenhouse. Clearly it was self defense but he is still being tried. He shot some poor people. That just happened to be on the right side of politics. The HRC thing is a little different because the evidence wasn’t there (maybe because the FBI didn’t actually give a good god damn about prosecuting her). But the system is not set up to allow those people off. They bad actors within the system allowed it. There is a big difference. Same with how they tried to railroad DJT. But again, that’s not how the system is supposed to work. We can come up with example after example on how it didn’t work (mostly due to the bad actors and not the system) but those will always be outweighed by the times the system did work.

@LuciferArc1 Yes. The people stop trusting the institutions and then change must come before revolt. It also doesn’t help when the people are lied to about their faith in institutions. When the lies become so thick that truth is indiscernible from fiction then how do you instill trust back into the system? Look what just happened. Half the country thinks the previous president was a criminal who got away with everything and the other half see it as a witch hunt. How do you restore faith in that instance? The lies are so many that people still think he was a Russian agent. They see the continued witch hunt as an act of righteousness. And either outcome will further their distrust of the system. Same on the right. We really are in dangerous territory.

@Censoredbyfscists Based on what info? From his own testimony he didn’t. Something that these hearings kind of hide from the public is that the members of congress are briefed on all of this and know before hand what’s happened. Some senators/reps put on a show for their constituents but it’s not honest. According to Milley (not Woodard) what he sis wasn’t treason. He did what he was supposed to do. He also got approval form it through the chain of command. We just went through 4 years of Dems lying and putting on a show, we don’t have to lie or make things up to discredit Biden or the Dems.
