  10. I work in gov and we had a training like this. The presenter can in and said “there are too many white faces in here.” Incredibly offensive but everyone laughed and agreed. A few coworkers understand the racism but I should have to substitute races to show someone why it’s racist to say that.

We want to pretend we are all the same as humans to try and eliminate bias and racism but we shouldn’t lie about it. Whites are the only group to have limited their in group bias and it shows.
