Ahmaud’s past criminal activity and/or mental health isn’t relevant to what the defendants believed or knew that day. That’s my argument. I’m not saying they are guilty or innocent

  5.  @alexkane84  That’s not lying. She’s trying to clarify and be more precise. It happens. The end result/answer was the same, though. Pretty much in every attempt to go to the deposition, it resulted in the same answer.

  6.  @alexkane84  No. She clarified on cross (rehabilitation) that she had forgotten a case she testified in for bipolar and that some of her cases have a component of DV.

This whole thing is disgusting. I don’t watch or support Jones but I think this is sums up everything wrong with America right now. He’ll appeal and not pay a dime. The left news outlets will go nuts over this for a few months and use it every time someone on the right says something they don’t like BUT they will completely ignore what happens next when Alex appeals and wins and doesn’t pay.

It doesn’t matter how you interpret a statute but how it’s interpreted through case law. It’s been pointed out to you. The main point is even if Ahmad broke the law, does it warrant what happened next? This is why we don’t like vigilante justice. Even on a simple trespass law, people cannot figure it out.
