  1.  @alexkane84  That’s not lying. She’s trying to clarify and be more precise. It happens. The end result/answer was the same, though. Pretty much in every attempt to go to the deposition, it resulted in the same answer.

  2.  @alexkane84  No. She clarified on cross (rehabilitation) that she had forgotten a case she testified in for bipolar and that some of her cases have a component of DV.

  3.  @alexkane84  I’ll take that as you never have testified in court. Sometimes you forget especially when nervous. You say lie because you support the other side.

  4.  @alexkane84  You don’t? How many times have you testified in court? Now how many times have you testified in a high conflict divorce case like this one? They are very different. And it’s not unheard of for these things to happen. Especially if that’s not the main thing you do.
