  2.  @edwardruda7049  I’m not sure what you are arguing? And I’ll be honest, I don’t know anyone’s name except Ahmaud (and I keep misspelling it). Ahmaud’s past criminal activity and/or mental health isn’t relevant to what the defendants believed or knew that day. That’s my argument. I’m not saying they are guilty or innocent

It doesn’t matter how you interpret a statute but how it’s interpreted through case law. It’s been pointed out to you. The main point is even if Ahmad broke the law, does it warrant what happened next? This is why we don’t like vigilante justice. Even on a simple trespass law, people cannot figure it out.
