I’m disgusted by the comments here. I’d wager my house that 99% of them have never actually researched what was said. GD gutless sheep. I’d expect this in Canada or England but not here.

@ejonp It’s not the legal definition. Don’t get mad at me because I didn’t write the laws. I can empathize with these parents because I am one and I would want to murder Jones for saying that BUT I also understand that the 1st amendment is greater than just my feelings alone.

@rinlo1424 What EXACTLY did he say about the parents specifically? You are allowed to have an opinion. Your are allowed to say things even if they are wrong if you BELIEVE them. This whole thing is disgusting. I don’t watch or support Jones but I think this is sums up everything wrong with America right now. He’ll appeal and not pay a dime. The left news outlets will go nuts over this for a few months and use it every time someone on the right says something they don’t like BUT they will completely ignore what happens next when Alex appeals and wins and doesn’t pay.
