It’s very rare for a criminal to “want to get caught.” What usually happens is they get so confident they think they’ll never get caught and get really careless. They have this delusion of being invincible. It is possible because she’s female that the emotional weight of what she did was too much and she was trying to confess to random people to alleviate that guilt. It’s possible and warrants further exploration.

I think his hair looks fine. Maybe AJW needs to start promoting Keeps..
5
Actually investigators drive prosecutions. And prosecutions are a deterrent. So yes, investigators do prevent crime.

Not even shooting someone once..

I hope he never works in education again and the university has to pay hundreds of millions OR get rid of all their “social justice” programs.

“You expect me to write paragraphs..” Translation: I don’t have any evidence but trust me bro, I can sense it with my feels.

@TL-wy1nk I’m not sure if that’s the best tactic. But we should be enforcing laws and holding people accountable. Then the next step is to do away with the false narrative of perpetual victimhood

It’s not defamation. He has to knowingly lie about them. You have to prove that he knew the truth but still lied about. The 1st amendment protects all of us even if we are wrong.

I think referring to him as Chunk’s nephew is better.

I honestly wouldn’t blink if the trains just kept running

I worked at a national retail chain as loss prevention about two decades ago. I was putting myself through college for criminal law. My numbers may be a bit out of date but the majority of shoplifters were teenagers. They stole because they wanted to not necessarily because they were in need.

We were blinded by our compassion and couldn’t see the truth of what was happening. I’m not sure if it’s too late to fix this.

It has nothing to do with Biden.
4
It’s frustrating isn’t it?
4
I’d like to see John Oliver live in these areas and we’ll see how much he wants to simp for the DNC..
4
It looks like Jared can’t read contracts
4
Louie CK has a bit about that. Usually those folks know everything about 1 subject versus the 60 year old whose lives a life time of experiences..
4
You mean females?
4
OMG, I thought that was going to be the wake up call for Americans. When they called roads racist…
4
Damn dude, I had my first job at the age of 12.

@PrinceIsot It’s wacisms

@doyoulikecrystalgel Sounds about right for most of this country. I grew up believing all of the colorblind, human race propaganda but the older I get the more I learn. Now it’s too late

@egobrain6826 He does have a point. And we have to be careful when we look at those stats of overdoses. I’m not sure if you are referring to fentanyl or opiates but both have their explanations. People who overdose on opiates are usually taking prescriptions and then are forced to seek illicit drugs because they are cut off by their doctor. They overdose on street drugs and then the hospital lists it as an opiate overdose. Or they are taking something else (like alcohol). The fentanyl issue is taking a dose and being tolerant but then you are given something that has 200X the normal amount and anyone would have died from that. There are plenty of studies and research that shows tolerance and how someone could take a substance for a long time and not overdose. This case was very different though. There were multiple factors at play here and not just the excess of drugs on board. We also know that the officer wasn’t kneeling on his neck, he was on his upper shoulder area. It wasn’t because he was “murdered” (because he wasn’t).

@soleursuelos3616 Actually it was necessary for him to be “knelt on” that long. Two reason made it so. Floyd’s own behavior while resisting arrest and the crowd gathering around the officers. They were trying to take him into custody. The crowd presents a threat to the officers’ safety. This was kind of talked about at trial but not really. The use of force expert should have talked more about why Chauvin’s attention was on the crowd more than checking on Floyd. Officers have been beaten and killed by surrounding mobs. The reasonable people understood what happened but the emotional response took over for most. It was a miscarriage of Justice. If you actually cared then maybe you’d know about Tony Timpa. The white man who died nearly the same way as Floyd a year before. Since he wasn’t black the narrative didn’t fit.

@jamesandrews8655 My bad. People have been arguing (not just here) about mistrials and evidence and everything. One person that the mistrial motion was because of the state’s “prejudice.” It’s amazing how wrong people can be. It also doesn’t help that major news networks are spreading misinformation. But that makes sense. I thought the ADA’s (Binger and Kraus) were unethical many times. In their opening statements they said Kyle was chasing Rosenbaum. Then their case self destructed and they changed their story. When the photo journalist said Binger tried to get him to change his statement they attacked him. I can understand that it could just be perception but it’s not good. I thought it showed clear bad faith when Binger was attacking Kyle’s right to remain silent. Then argued why but when they came back from lunch his argument had changed and they suddenly had this mysterious interview from Kyle but it was never mentioned before. That shows me they are lying and unethical. Putting witnesses on the stand when you know they are lying is grounds for mistrial and disbarment. In Binger’s closing he said he did it knowingly. These two are like movie villain lawyers and the good people of Kenosha should be making every complaint they can to get rid of them. I wouldn’t want those two representing my community.

It really depends on the “why” they need help. A lot, and I mean most, of them are not in that situation because they are good people who had a run of bad luck. If you help those who are in that way then you’d probably have better luck
4
I remember back in the 90’s when they were blaming games like Doom for the root cause of violent crimes. The adults haven’t changed much..

In an empire of lies, truth becomes a revolutionary act.

The inside joke was that the wife was in charge of pretty much everything. There is nothing wrong with being happy and if that makes you happy then so be it

This road we are on leads to Dylan Roof

Good

@INatalkaI Like last time? He’s owned by all the money he has in real estate. He’s still our best shot but temper your expectations
4
I had no idea who ‘Blonde’ was but I definitely saw some ‘glances’ by both Sean and her…
4
@EyesRed I’ll have to check it out
4
If you’re a raging leftist then I could see how you’d miss the actual truth.
4
@gavinr4214 You are everywhere in the comments. Saying the exact same thing
4
@CoolPapaJMagik What you’ve stated is the problem. We can’t hold blacks accountable because it hurts their feelings. We wait until they’ve committed crimes we can’t turn our backs to and they go to jail. Your attitude has made it basically illegal to punish black students.
4
Good point. I’m just glad I don’t live there
4
We used to do that and it was considered cruel and unusual and slavery
4
@Captain McDog That is probably the most reasonable assumption. He definitely has some real issues going on.
4
@Lord_of_the_Pies Why are people attacking you for NOT supporting an anti-Semite
4
That’s their demographic
4
We know that it starts at the family level but how do you repair 70% single parent households and this level of criminality? That’s the real question. Can we break this cycle?
4
Yep. The Olympics is over when you speak out about the small hat interest groups
4
@rep.dancrenshawtx-2688 One example? Are your eyes closed? It’s a daily, minute to minute, example. We have a “black culture” problem we’re turning a blind eye to…

A taser can incapacitate you which leaves you in a state of being defenseless. The cop has a duty to protect his firearm from being taken and either used against him or the public. If he gets tased then his firearm is at risk so in every court and every department it is considered lawful to shoot a suspect with a taser or a suspect who has taken your taser. A warning does not have to be given. Each department will have their own policy on how the officer must act during this situation but legally the officer is not required to give a warning or a warning shot. Once lethal force is authorized it is authorized. The officer’s actions are justified by precedent and law. You may have a difference in moral opinion but the law disagrees with you.

Funny how you can be so calculated on certain issues but not when it comes to Israel. We have been thoroughly conditioned to think they are the good guys.
4
@007bbox It’s restorative Justice.
4
Your self defense statute is garbage in NY. You literally have to turn into a coward and run even if you did nothing to provoke the incident.
