People see how unjust that is and they are correct. Saying there are people in jail means it’s not happening is to ignore it when it does. I should ask you “and?” Do we allow injustice and illegal acts to transpire because there is justice in some parts of the country??

His writing is palatable and then I’d follow up with his sources. I don’t 100% agree with his assessments but if you read his sources and go from there (sticking to mainly older sources for better context and appropriate analysis) you’ll have a much better understanding of the history of the USA and it’s native tribes
