@erniejones5008 Assault, battery, robbery, false imprisonment, conspiracy to commit theft, etc. I could go on but hopefully you get the point. You are not allowed to put your hands on any one. All of them could be charged because they are acting as one group.

@Tribuneoftheplebs How does that make any sense? Was he black or not? It’s a descriptor not a racist remark. Especially in a time when we are practically forced to bring race into everything, it’s more “weird AF” to NOT describe him to the police.

@davidmartinez52420 Exactly. That would be an actual example of ignorance. Unless the person knew they were from Mexico. But Mexican is a nationality and not a race.

@jaer.6540 Yeah. I’m being serious. Touching her is battery. Them crowding her and threatening harm is assault (also trying to steal with the use of force is robbery). Holding her and not letter her move freely is false imprisonment. Her trying to ride away and the guy holding the bike is not allowing her to move freely. Pretty easy to stack charges.

@jaer.6540 Seriously? That’s called self defense. Technically it would be but beaver she is trying to defend herself then it’s a justification for battery (or assault. Some states use battery and assault interchangeably).
