  2. @Donald Thorpe That’s not what I meant. The statement of dude filming is part of the group and therefore guilty of felony murder just like a bank robbery where even the get away driver is guilty. I think the legal justification should be scrutinized in this case. There wasn’t a plan to pull out a shotgun and shoot the guy so the dude filming really didn’t know that was going to happen.
