  2.  @darrekworkman5595  I don’t know if you are required to have ethics AND intelligence to be “educated.” While I agree with your sentiment that ethics/moral should be required in educational trainings but you can have a learned populace without morals. And therefore the current problem. We have intelligence without values, standards or ethics.
