  1. My ‘88 Bronco with a 351W got 11-12 on the hwy. My ‘95 Bronco with a 351W got 14-15 on the hwy. My ‘04 F-150 with the 5.4 3V gets 17-18 hwy. I’ve kept the 04 for a long time because now I rarely drive it, usually just to tow my camp trailer. I know this vid is not only about MPG but trucks have been improving every generation. The general public wants efficient vehicles and we don’t need gov to force these changes. Especially since it costs these manufacturers a ton of $$$ to develop these changes.
