@corvanna4438 Hamas is not just a group, its the governing power in Gaza chosen by the people. You will be foolish enough to say, but the jews are the Chosen People. There is a huge difference in the legal position between freedom fighters and terrorists. The definition is: “Terrorism (from the Latin word terror, panic) is the commission of serious violence, or serious threat thereof, WITHOUT LAWFUL GROUNDS, for a political or religious purpose. In most understandings of what terrorism is, it must involve illegal violence, usually linked to civilians and victims. This means that Hamas is not a terrorist organization but a resistance movement that even has the right to use violence. Israël, together with the US are the terrorists because the occupation is not a legal ground.

Israel has no right to exist on other people's land. This follows from the November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declartation. When you read it carefully. It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. One of the conditions is “‘that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religeous rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine”. Mind you, already in 1917.
14
The Palestinian people or Palestinians are the descendants of the inhabitants of the area known as 'Historic Palestine'. The Palestinians have a fascinating Arab culture.

This jewish thing is no more then a religious obsession with illusions, imagination and childish, old age phantasy.

Erdogan has many words, hardly any action. Does this man have balls?

Did you realy do some research? There is no good understanding of terrroristm. The definition is: “Terrorism (from the Latin word terror, panic) is the commission of serious violence, or serious threat thereof, WITHOUT LAWFUL GROUNDS, for a political or religious purpose. Over 100 years, the terror started in 1917. Read more history books Rashid Khalidi: The Hundred Year's War on Palestine

The International Community (UN) does not have the right to constitute a new state (Israel) on other peoples land (Palestine), without their consent. This follows from the one page November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declaration on behalf of the British Crown. The same thing happened at the Berlin Colonial Conference 1884-1885. Africa was divided among the European powers. Not a single African was present, so no consent. There is no legalization for that, it is unlawful, just like in the Palestine case.

@aquariumdude7829 You're right, the situation is different then ever before.

You mean to contignuing state of illegal occupation?

Albert Einstein, letter to Hugo Bergmann, June 19, 1930: "Only direct cooperation with the Arabs can create a dignified and safe life... What saddens me is less the fact that the jews are not smart enough to understand this, but rather, that they are not just enough to want it." Mister Einstein was ashamed of the jewish people. @Sat356 There is no proper understanding of terrorism. @sahilsingh6782 Comment makes no sense.
10
@evelynkhaw6619 Who started the illegal occupation?
10
Unbelievable confused as they are. Clever liers.
10
@alejandraguadarrama9844 The illegal occupation started in 1917. Read the one page Balfour Declaration.

@justaneditygangstar From the devil?

Israel always breaks any agreement. Watch Sabra and Shatila 1982.

@dani-ks9cg If you do not study and your only source is religion you will never know the facts. Religion is not about knowledge but about myths. Grow up son.

@Jchi737 israel never won one war. It has always been the Americans who won the wars for Israel.

The verdict does not use the words "ceasefire" but if you read the verdict carefully you know that it goes beyond a ceasefire and orders the Israelis what to do. Implicit in the ruling is also the factual evidence of genocide, given the actual behavior and expressions of intentions. These facts cannot be denied.

@vicparmi1939 You do not know history. Golda Meir in her own words said she has a Palestinian passport. Ehud Olmert in his own words says he is born in Palestine. Israel has no right to exist on other people's land. This follows from the November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declartation. When you read the one page carefully. I do not know but maybe he understands that this whole jewish thing is ridiculous.

@GoodMan_000 Wrong. Hamas is not just a group, it is the governing power and chosen by the people because they want the occupation finally to end. There is a huge difference in the legal position between freedom fighters and terrorists. The definition is: “Terrorism (from the Latin word terror, panic) is the commission of serious violence, or serious threat thereof, WITHOUT LAWFUL GROUNDS, for a political or religious purpose. Is it not?

Perfect answer and solution. As it was in 1917. Israel has no right to exist on other people's land. This follows from the November 2nd 1917 Balfour Declartation. When you read the one page carefully. It states the conditions by the British Crown under which the refugee jews were allowed to live in Palestine. One of the conditions is “‘that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-jewish communities in Palestine”. Consistently violated.
8
The goal is that ALL occupation needs to end and ALL colonists need to move out.
8
Palestinians are the descendants of the inhabitants of the area known as 'Historic Palestine'.
8
She is right. It's not complicated. Lawyers advocating for Israel try to confuse everyone by saying it's complicated for their own despicable benefit: making money.

@מאירשמואל-מ3י It is clear under international law that the establishment of the state of Israel in 1948 is illegal.
8
@DuncanSlaterIdiot Israel has no right to exist on other people's land. Continuous violation.
