  3. This is so dumb. Hes claiming there's a stockpile of votes that each state holds back to give to other states if they need it. Why would they bother with that? Making up votes would be way easier and harder to track so why would they leave 2 trails to find? But he's claiming Biden didn't win PA but PA took votes for Biden and sent them to GA so he coukd win GA. But if you take votes away from Biden in a race you clean he has fewer votes surely he'd have lost PA. It just doesn't make any sense.
