This is what the right does. They play word games. They come up with these pedantic definitions and misapply them. Paul literally says "nobody is claiming that" that the sars/covid was developed in a lab with the money but then imediatky argues "it may have been". Like as long g as you don't implicitly say soemthing it doesn't count. The old mafia "it would be terrible if something happened to your daughter" isn't actually a threat because they didn't literally say they were going to kill hour kid some how takes them of the hook. I doubt he's in favor of freeing all those mafiaiso's.
