Not sure its either. I think he believes its different for his family. Listen to Guilianni's comments about it. He laid it out. Biden wasnt already rich and that's why its an issue. If youre rich already its fine to increase your wealth through nepotism but for the rest of us its a no no. Its just a blue blood mentality. Rich people earned the right to be rich and the rest haven't.
