Gotta appreciate this kid for always giving us entertainment and exciting fireworks. Needs to use his wrestling offense more just to mix it up for better longevity in career.

Wasn't much of a war. He picked Fiziev apart slowly.

@fanofmma101 I don't know what you were watching?!? Fiziev did good early on when he was in a southpaw stance but as soon as Gaethje damaged his right eye, he began switching back to ortodox again where he had less success. Gaethje's footwork, jab, and counter hooks/uppercuts became too much for him as the fight continued. Fiziev had some good body attacks. Imagine if this actually was a 5 round fight, it would have been bad for Fiziev. Gaethje didn't even bleed...

@fanofmma101 The highest criteria for MMA judging is damage and then submissions. When the fight was over, Gaethje looked good while Fiziev looked like he had been in a car crash. Landing more strikes without damage is no good.
