  10. It was a misleading question. Because it was Christian leaning. Had they clarified “I believe people can be good, evil and have attributes of both.”, then we would have gone… but it was designed to imply “supernatural goodness and supernatural evil.”

I don’t believe in a sky daddy, why would I worship a ground troll. Meanwhile the character of god murders millions and condones slavery and killing people who work on the sabbath. The Satan character is never shown to lie and kills only 10 people at the behest of Yahweh.

Buddhists are largely atheistic and use the image for what they hope to attain. I despise Abrahamic faith. I oppose Abrahamic faith. “Satan” means opponent. It’s not confusing if you think about it.

  23. I do not believe in god, but the concept of the Abrahamic god is evil. The Torah teaches that women are property, that slavery is acceptable. The Christian deity rapes his own mother, and the Muslim Allah allows killing nonbelievers. So yes..... I don’t believe in god.... but the character is evil.

  32.  @blakecrowl6333  Aramaic. In the Bible the word satan was reserved for human adversary. “Ha Satan” was the mythological name of the supernatural being who opposed Jesus. This is evident when Jesus calls peter “Satan”

  37. Yes I did know it, the first woman I voted against because I couldn’t go another round with her. Look at my side eye to Paris. Then round 2, the other woman said snide remarks about me and worst of all dismissed me. Then she voted against me... it felt personal. So I stood there debating “do I vote for Paris... the one I know is the mole, or do I vote in vengeance? Then I thought “historically speaking, it goes three rounds.” And I cast my vote in vengeance. But I voted to keep playing the game. I foolishly thought that all could sense what I could. Prior to the game I told the producer “there will be an Asian woman, a couple men, someone of color... but the mole is a woman mixed ethnic background.” But that is a moot point.... I voted in vengeance and got what I deserved for not walking in my truth.

  38.  @adventure_lewis  I read the Bible and realized that my morality did not align with that of the god of the Bible. I believe slavery was and is wrong, I believe that genocide is horrible, as well as what yahweh commanded his people to do with virgin girls after their mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, cousins and brothers were murdered. I also found it repulsive to hand out the death penalty for homosexuals, for non believers, witches, and consensual sex between unmarried adults. I do not need a scapegoat, neither in a literal scapegoat or a metaphorical one in jesus. And mostly I quit being a Christian when I lacked evidence to believe in the existence of god.

JORDiNi so what you are saying is “sure it has things in it that are immoral, sure it has been used to justify rape, murder, genocide..... but it wasn’t written by god, so it is filled with lies and untruths.... but god allowed his name to be placed upon it.” If I were a god, and were all powerful, I certainly would not let that book speak for me. And with all of the inconsistencies, lies, and errors.... how do you know which parts are real?
