Excellent points.  I'd also put up Gary Johnson, who said environmental regulations are "absolutely necessary" and that the question of full pot legalization "is a test if you have a brain cell." Big difference between a practical governor who has libertarian ideals, and the "Libertarian" philosophy which appears to be a combination of anarchy and tyranny from what i read in the comments.  Probably everyone is strawmanning.
