  1. A treaty would be good. The war is still technically going. Trade no nukes for peace treaty and some good stuff. They might want to keep one or two because yeah... Libya, Ukraine, Iraq, all countries without nukes that got invaded. Ukraine used to have nukes, too. Gave them up in exchange for security guarantees. Maybe it is best not to mention Ukraine to the NK.
