@yeska62 The last attacks do seem to be fabricated. The evidence seems very damning for the UN and US allegations against Assad. However, earlier attacks may have been done by Assad and/or the rebels. I haven't seen them debunked the way the chlorine attack has been.

@Arid Soldiers are by law required to disobey unlawful orders. Tulsi's trying to change the way orders are made. If it works it's better than quitting.

@Kool-aid Watchdog Looked into the MIT professor's analysis of the last Syrian gas attack. He said it could not possibly have occurred as the UN and US said. The story of a government helicopter drop from 200 feet doesn't fit the roof damage or the reality of helicopter operations, which require at least 1500 feet above small arms. He said the UN ignored his analysis repeatedly. Previous attacks he did not analyze, and he said could have been the Assad govt. and/or the rebels.

After the interview he quit this demeaning, stressful, mendacious job and applied at a hedge fund.

@jamesross1431 We're tired of countries being destroyed in our name, and the media trying to destroy people when we complain about it.

@ICDUMPEPL The Assad smear is a McCarthy type of technique, but like you point out, the DNC doesn't believe it like Joe believed in his crusade.

@ICDUMPEPL The problem with Joe's techniques (not motivation) was that he impugned innocent people, and it was guilt by association. You had someone to lunch? Guilty. You complain that yeah, your friend is a communist, but... Double Secret Guilty! Joe actually did a huge harm to the effort to rid the country of Soviet spies and agents. He targeted half of Hollywood instead of real moles and traitors. He promoted a form of reasoning that can convict any one of us, then or today.

@ICDUMPEPL Linus Pauling, and J. Robert Oppenheimer. That's two, with two nobel prizes and a Manhattan project on the side, wheat toast and orange juice, thanks!
