  4.  @stevenh4797  Yeah, external links get deleted. I searched google scholar and read all the reviews from 2021 that returned in the first couple pages of results. About 6 found major benefits, about 4 found no effect. About 10 said "we need more, better data."

  13.  @doktormcnasty  Yeah, a search of the literature shows that small doses are producing large benefits in some (but not all) randomized studies. PS it's not always the channel; youtube's anti spam filter may delete comments with external links.
