  2. As a former wildlife disease researcher, there are only two ways to get a decent estimate of cases. 1) test everyone, or 2) do a random sample survey. Iceland's random invitation survey is a model.

  4. I am reading the ONS audit... but I can't tell, is it from a random sample survey? Or is it just a total of reported test cases? If the former, it could be far more reliable than most figures in most countries...
