@JillianReeves I'm not sure that one/one contact (e.g., showing a house) is really the dynamite that people fear. Perhaps low-contact activities should begin to open in Hawaii.
Idk, I'm a HI resident but not there now, so i can't really comment, but I am very surprised how low our numbers are since it's such a magnet for travel! But people depend on the ocean for more than a postcard view. It's life.
In general in the USA, there are ~zero-contact businesses that could open, but are not allowed to open despite no risk factors (e.g., drive in theaters).
On the other hand, opening crowded places like casinos or stadium events is ridiculous right now. Nevada's governor is "on crack."
To me it's not when, but how to reopen. Not soon, not late, just smart.
