  3.  @vtee361  It's hard to ague with success! . I also hear what you are saying about getting less careful. When you're down towards zero cases even one virus slips through and it is a big deal. I worked in conservation of native plants and animals in Hawaii, so am very aware of the importance of "keeping islands islands" in that respect. . I wonder if this virus will go extinct in a couple years or not...

And yes a lot of it is bunk, but that gives us a chance to see what bunk is floating around the web.

  12. Yes, the only case numbers that are remotely accurate are the ones from random sample surveys. . I think the death numbers are often relatively accurate. Case numbers are off by 9x in the US, according to a recent CDC report.
