@deborahbailey4776 Sure he had a right to challenge Biden, but he didn't let Biden answer. So it seamed he didn't want an answer, just a score. I thought Julian did very well in the later debate. But here he was too focused on trying to catch Joe in a gaffe, rather than the issue itself. Joe did well defending himself here. (not so much in other places last night)
