  2.  @benradick1489  correct. motion is not a characteristic of an object. it is a characteristic of a pair of objects, relative motion.

  3. we do not feel time dilation, because you are at rest with respect to yourself. your clocks run at the same speed as each other. the biological clocks, the wrist watch, the brain... all are in synch because all are at rest in your reference frame.
