It did this in various ways, including research $, guaranteed purchase, and testing requirements. . I do not think of Warp Speed as a Trump project, though I guess he would get some credit.   6. I think Biden can go against Trump on his record as VP, because the Obama years aren't any worse than the Trump years, economically or in foreign relations. Biden does have trouble using his record with Democrats who want change!

They have a lot to contribute to political discussion but cannot be trusted on basic factual matters. Maybe they should hang out with referees for a while. Politicians must be rubbing off on them.

  28. Random sample surveys are required to get valid estimates. The usual test totals are off by ~10x. It would be useful information, if we got it.

This means that it is very important to keep some of their running horses below 15%, such as Kamala and Pete.   Likewise, if Andrew or Tulsi can get to 15% in any state, (without taking Bernie below 15% in any state), that's a win for the Bern too. We got our own flood baby.   Warren is clearly the biggest threat: Warren + Biden + superdelegates > 50%. But the elite actually do not like her, so that's a big problem for the DNC.
