  4.  @jordannunez123  I read the link, it's all "we should kinda like" and no "4.2 billion" anywhere. So it might cost 20 bucks, maybe 20 trillion.   THere are a lot of good goals, but no programs. I reckon it's all in the details. Could be great, could be a waste of money.
