  1.  @user-me1tk9yx2l  Some central americans are refugees, some are not. That's the point of applying for assylum, you get the chance to prove it. Agree it's important to not imply everyone is a refugee.   Also, Trump should not ban people from any particular region from applying. That's like saying "There is no persecution there." Which is bullshit. The US has even caused some of it recently (e.g., Honduras).
