Correct. That was the Magic Bullet people: the Warren Commission.

@conorcane1211 Nope, not debunked. For example the FBI paraffin test found nothing on his face. Therefore, he did not fire a rifle that day. This is a known fact from the official investigations.

@9Ballr thank you that is interesting
1
@9Ballr to be clear, I don't buy it, though it is interesting. So the chamber is sealed by the case? But the case is ejected upon working the bolt to load the next round. So that argument is bogus, unless only one shot was fired.
1
@9Ballr When you cycle a bolt action, smoke comes out the chamber near the face. Cunningham makes a big deal about the "seal" by the brass case. But the entire case is ejected before a second shot is possible. His magic seal is literally thrown clear of the gun.
1
@9Ballr You acknowledge agent Cunningham's logic was faulty? If so that's a step forward. The agency also kept some results secret. NAA results were finally released 17 years later by FOIA. NAA test is more sensitive than the other, negative tests. They showed that ALL SEVEN of the the agents who fired rifle tested POSITIVE on the cheek. And Oswald was negative on cheek. ref: Harold Weisberg, Post Mortem: JFK Assassination Cover–Up Smashed, Weisberg, 1975, p.437

Yeah at least that one session. He could have been faking his skill, considering the defection was a cover story.
1
@MartinDee2000 that's not the Zapruder film, it is two frames. Can't tell sh!t from two frames which may not even be consecutive.
1
Well, agents are treated as expendable. And has associated with the CIA from 1959-1963 per recently released files.
1
@mummra7 Yeah, there were multiple witnesses that said he was on the 2nd.
1
@BullToTheShit racism does not trump evidence. LBJ, CIA and Mob did it.
1
@BullToTheShit prove it. the autopsy files were burned that night in the Navy Pathologists fireplace.
1
Yeah they say it was a decent rifle and got a bad rep due to bad ammo. But no ammo known can make a u-turn in mid air. FBI found no GSR on his face. Oswald did not fire a rifle that day.
1
FBI said there was no GSR on his face. He did not fire a rifle that day.
1
Yeah the doofus meme was fake. He also taught himself Russian and worked on the U2 program, and was recruited by the CIA in 1959 (per MSNBC report, March 2024, "Not a Nothingburger")
1
No shots were taken by Oswald. The FBI analyzed paraffin for GSR. They found nothing on his face where a rifle would leave it.
1
misaligned scopes don't make any shot easier.
1
@stevenklinkhamer9069 That means Oswald was a great shot, but failed to aim correctly, but the scope was off by the exact right amount to compensate. if we have to resort to unlikely coincidences, the theory may be unlikely?
1
@PostalWorker14 Yeah I'm actually not skeptical it could be done, except for one thing: aiming from behind and hitting from the front. That requires one of them fancy U-turn bullets. Those are not as accurate as straight shooting bullets.
1
@9Ballr Lol. Your theory is that doctors doing an autopsy didn't look at the body?? lmao.
1
@9Ballr Thank you for the correction.
1
@redtra236 agree. the zap film is 100% convincing. That shot was from the front.
1
"This" shot is possible. The actual shot was not: aiming from behind and hitting from the front.
1
@9Ballr Allegedly his rifle. In fact it didn't match the one ordered by mail. It was a different length.
1
@rawbacon Marvel just forgot to cite the source. Hathcock's own book, Kill Zone, pp 89-90. You can believe CIA spook Allan Dulles, or Hathcock the greatest sniper America ever had. Your choice.
1
@garthliston7641 Other possible shooters are known. Oswald is ruled out by the FBI's own test for gunshot residue which found nothing on his face.
1
@9Ballr everyone on the lawn was pointing up that way.
1
yup. Two honest men on the Warren Commission who disagreed with the conclusion. Warren also didn't like it but was afraid of war with Russia.
1
yes! I saw that clip! Dan Rather lied about the most important head movement in history. This shows that a coverup was underway, and that Oswald could not have taken that shot, thus a conspiracy.
1
@9Ballr that is a meaningless clip. it only shows two frames
1
@9Ballr Two frames show nothing. The actual Zapruder film is so clear "back and to the left": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0-yOa5sSg0&rco=1
1
It was partly controlled, but way more professional. Dan Rather said that Kennedy's head went forward. He said this on air. Look up project Mockingbird.
1
@1.21Gigawatts_ They some motive, but not much. Also there is no actual evidence of that afaik.
1
yup. "back and to the left"
1
@bdpage2023 if it was edited, why did they leave in the frames that proved Oswald was innocent?
1
@9Ballr Because it was a plant. The rifle shown as his wasn't even the one "he" ordered from the mail order. It was a different length.
