4:04. "they also knew he was in Dallas... a week before..." Well yeah. They put him there! Ruth Paine, who had CIA connections, told him to apply to work at the Schoolbook Depository. (Warren Report testimony?)
23
4:00 "they recorded his calls in Mexico City..." The FBI analyzed those and said it was not Oswald's voice!
13
@meganmmetcalfe Sean Lennon supports Tulsi? Wow that's pretty cool.
6
3:54 "when he defected". should be "allegedly defected" it is widely believed (and documented) that he was part of a fake defector program.
6
@laurabeaudoin3335 she was born in American Samoa, an "unincorporated territory of the United States." This maybe does not give a person birthright citizenship, as American Samoans aren't US citizens (even though they can travel and work in the USA without passport or visa). No matter though, as her father and mother were US Citizens when she was born. Thus, she is a natural born citizen.

he's boycotting NBC
4
@sOgo-eq7ty I guess we can start by joining the #boycottMSNBC! Kim keep us posted so we can all join in the lawsuit. We gonna need one of those big tobacco lawyers. Or maybe a dozen. After the primaries, candidates with money left over could pool it together for a class action?

@4real483 we have to get off oil, then the ME will take care of itself without so much pressure.
3
Rob has worked in Hawaii a lot
2
I'll vote for Bernie or Tulsi any day, the hard thing is choosing which one
2
LindaLeeYou 123! There is an underbelly in the sense that a lot of the web is not secure. Things are hackable.
2
While I think Tulsi is the best candidate (along with Bernie), she is so new... maybe 2024 is more likely, or 2028 if Trump runs for a fourth term.
2
@srs623 Hawaiian fo 'da bestest'
2
Yang's boycotting NBC Tulsi's suing Google keep it going peeps.
2
@frodofraggins I don't like her "present" vote but she's still an awesome person and candidate. I'll probably vote for her but it really depends on how much Bernie needs my vote in my state at that time. At the end of the day, of all the people that don't win the nomination she'll probably be the most influential. She and Yang. Of course, either of them could still win, but Bernie's probably the tip of the spear.
2
@Swordmasta13 I hope Tulsi is forgotten in 4 years... because we've gotten out of our wasteful, counterproductive regime change wars! Otherwise I hope she's president.
1
she's just starting to catch her wave... watch out in 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 years...
1
No voter flipped, but a lot of people who didn't know her figured they didn't want to.
1
@finishingdotcom yes they do... think of how many good looking presidents we've had since TV... at least five, JFK, Ford, W, Obama, and Melania.
1
If you couldn't change anything by voting they'd let people run for election.
1
she's great. i disagree on this Houthi point but 1) she's logical, 2) she provides tons of data.
1
@dionnethegirl True, Donald Trump does smear people, it's regular practice for him. The DNC does it daily too. There are candidates who don't, and I'll vote for one of them :)
1
@nicholas97223 I don't think you have to prove monetary damages to win the case. Showing damage to reputation is enough. It may be hard to put a dollar value on it but that's done after the verdict, like sentencing, right?
1
@nicholas97223 ok that makes sense you have to show some form of harm as part of the case
1
or maybe... outnumbered us and we have to educate though there is also tons of cheating going on for sure
1
@ihaveone6086 A public apology or a victory at trial would both win the moral point. An out of court settlement would be ok, but the public nature of an apology would be worth more than $10m secret settlement.
1
The Kremlin loves regime change wars, but not OUR regime change wars.
1
@brewcity44panthers60 "the Kremlin is not active in regime change wars," except when they are. like right now in Ukraine.
1
@brewcity44panthers60 I realized I jumped away from Kim's point, which was about Kremlin "talking points" not history. So thanks for mentioning Putins "I'm not a friend bride or groom... " That's very interesting, and relevant in a way my comment wasn't. Does the Kremlin ever use the words "regime change war"? (Or a Russian equivalent). I'm wondering if Joy Ried was just making stuff up, or if Tulsi and the Kremlin actually do use some of the same terminology.
1
15:55 "there's maybe, there's likely some Cuban involvement..." To be clear, NOT Cuban government. Cuban "counter revolutionaries" as Kim says, aka anti-Castro Cubans in the US...
1
i agree with Jimmy it is a #1 issue but i can't watch past 4:00 where Jimmy is "why don't you care" and all that. Righteous strawmanning is not useful.
1
@tanimal3964 Agree, it's very hard for a public figure to win a defamation suit in the US (a lot easier in England). Joy said one thing that might be sue-able -- she said Assad is evil and Tulsi "doesn't have an opinion on that." But Tulsi has many times called Assad a "brutal dictator." Ried knows this, she's flat out lying, but it's still probably the realm of retractions rather than lawsuits. That said, I hope Tulsi sues MSNBC. The discovery phase could be very enlightening.
1
So? He did a lot of things.
1
As counter intel chief, his business was literally everywhere.
1
all this war makes oil perpetually expensive
1
@reynemanzano Tulsi, Bernie, and Yang are perhaps the tree best "alternative" Dem candidates I've seen in decades. The quality and diversity is impressive. I'll support all of them.
1
It's like 1930 but opposite. 1930s was a crisis, and the solution was an economic system focused on maintaining full employment. That lasted 40 years, then in the 1970s/80s the system changed to "neoliberalism." This forgot about labor, and focused on globalism and money flow. That system is broken as of 2007. What's the next system going to be like?
1
Pot smokers who support Cory are loading the correct bowl. idk about the poor but he's been trying to help us forever.
1
I agree on all points. Buffet is an example of a rich person trying to do good.
1
@wolfgangsmythe1747 "We all know that Bashar al-assad President of Syria is a brutal dictator..." -Tulsi Gabbard Trump talked with Kim, Obama talked with the Ayatollah. Drake talked with Curry. Will the madness for talking ever end and we can get some war going up in here?
1
@wolfgangsmythe1747 This is all guilt by association. Giant meh. What did she say to Assad? That matters. "She met" or "she associates..." means little.
1
@wolfgangsmythe1747 True, I think Tulsi is against dictatorship, so she was doing good. If your favorite candidate talks to Kim Jung Un or Li Xinping, would you think that's good...?
