  2. +ownedkapoo Did you ever watch Michael Jordan and then the next day at the court find yourself mimicking his style and movements? We have mirror neurons, which translate what we see others doing into our own actions. Kids will imitate how they see people handling guns, both consciously and subconsciously. Waving a gun around with the finger in the trigger is unsafe. Kids watch it, and do it, and on rare occasions one will shoot himself or a friend by accident.

Watching this video, I agree, won't delude anyone into becoming destructive -- but it could contribute to accidental deaths. Now I really want to know what sort of gun owners you hang out with! Shit, scary, dude. I have never gone shooting with anyone who acts like that -- not more than once, for dam sure. Most gun owners cringe at the sight of unsafe handling on TV and absolutely avoid it in real life, for good fucking reason. If you're friends are finger fucking guns, I'd suggest only hanging with them in gun-free zones.

  4. +ownedkapoo All kids do that, mimic what they see. If a kid finds a loaded firearm, it's the parent that was really dumb one! I guess it's mostly on the parents/ gun owners, but you do agree that showing unsafe handling has at least some risk?

  5. +Pachenko whether they were actors or real thugs, Nat Geo did a dis-service to the public by showing them waving guns around with finger on the trigger. Why does the campaign to ban guns seem to not care about safety?
