  2. Most modern conflict will be in cyberspace, and Yang's the only one who seems to get that. He's not my #1 choice but he's right there. That said, anyone who comes into office without a very strong foreign policy will end up going with the flow. That's what Obama and Tump did, and I'd not expect any macro changes in our foreign policy from Yang, which is both good and bad.

I wasn't sure what he meant there, but I took it as not accepting the current state of cyber world, where nothing is secure, our data is sold and stolen with equal abandon.   We could have a 100% encrypted net, right? But then the spies couldn't see everything. The current world order sacrifices our security, in the name of our security.

  4. They should have included him in the entrepreneurship (I cant believe I spelled that right the first try!!) question, that was actual negligence by the moderators. Dude's main last job was training entreps. I actually like this question though because it's simple and lets him talk about anything in the world.

  6.  @saiyanmgtow  I think encrypting the web would make it a lot more private and free. How we get monitoring then, i don't know. But right now we have total monitoring and no real data security. There's gotta be a better way.

  7. His quote from general Mattis is well chosen. Mattis actually has a lot of respect in the ranks. Only people in the military or with military friends will notice this subtle nod to one of the saner voices in our top brass, old Mad Dog.
