Uh, they are all different, I tell you... when they all use logic, work on the same processors, etc. That is what my 30+ years of programming have taught me. You are another one these types that can't weigh out what is common and different at the same time. Two seemingly contradictory aspects are too hard for you to entertain at the same time. That's not a good look for all those years programming.

  10. Meh, I don't believe you. You talk a lot of crap at times. It is obvious to me as a scientist, having work in software development/engineering, programmed for over 30 years that you know less than you think you do.

  12.  @xiahualiu  Wrong. C++ will not help you become an expert in many languages. It has OOP over C, but it also has some really bad syntax and complexities that are unnecessary. Only a person that doesn't understand other programming paradigms other than procedural, OOP, would say what you have. That makes me think you are something of a rookie immediately.

  13.  @xiahualiu  OMG if you don't know then that is part of your problem understanding why. Check out all those pointers and reference types that other languages do not need. Can't you see the syntax noise that creates in code? Go look up others reasons for not liking C++. There is a ton of stuff from very experienced people.
