  10.  @ArtificiallyAware  It entails entertaining myths, fantasies, delusions, and a lack of evidence. This is something that has to be repeated to religious nuts all the time so I do not bother in general because they lack the intelligence to understand ideas they do not agree with.

What you think is a god could be left over ideas from the bicameral mind where it is posited that humans used to have a separate of brain hemispheres in terms of thinking (i.e. corpus collosum existed). The left side took directed actions, was passive, and the right side issued commands. To the person this seemed like someone else was speaking to them in an auditory hallucination sort of way and eventually these became the supposed gods. That kind of experience has somehow disappeared over thousands of years but the remnants remain in the form of religion, a god delusion that many still have now. I find this compelling, but in need of more evidence. It is more rational than any god belief because it can have a biological basis that could be proved. I am certainly not going to believe any religious doctrine that is based on nothing but words someone else wants me to believe so they can control my mind.

You have to cope with harsh reality and accept life on its terms, not create imaginary friends in the sky or ones that talk to you in your head due to psychosis. See how that works. It is the same reasoning you use turned around to show the absurdity of religion. No honest compassionate person can believe your garbage that expects people to suffer in a hell, tribulation or other death cult fantasy. Time for you to grow up. There is no god. I defy you to prove there is one and mock, curse, and blasphemy your stupid evil deity constantly... and nothing happens because it is not real. I have been doing this for years and no god appears, punishes me. In fact things are getting better in life. :P
