I'm over 60 and immediately detect your nonsense. That be yourself crap is for after-school specials. It's not reality. If you had figured things out you would look healthier than you do. I run regularly and people mistakes me for in my 40s because that is the kind of thing that makers a difference. Discipline, regular exercise, diet (vegan), learning, creative expression, intelligence. These all take constant work. This is where people fail as they age. They get lazy, seek comfort, rest on their accomplishments, and expect things to just work out. Next thing they know they are sick, have an illness, mind starts to go, mobility goes way down, the end approaches.

Here is one scientific fact that unilaterally destroys the idea humans must eat meat and shows we are herbivores. All herbivores must consume vitamin C at adequate levels in their diet. A carnivore does not have to do this because their body synthesizes vitamin C from their food. The human body cannot make its own vitamin C from food because we are herbivores. With this one fact you have been destroyed. I bet you are too ignorant to look it up, verify, and prefer your indoctrination over hard science.
